The office consists of the following employees (( Planning & Follow-up Section& External and internal correspondence & commercial representation and markting department )) This section consists of Net number 2 and they are the owners of the office, and we made sure that there is no kind of workers in this section to maintain the confidentiality of the customer’s contracts in terms of contract details and prices, and this is a very important policy in order to exclude our client from the competitors ’problems in the market .
(( Factory inspection, quality and internal follow-up .((department This section consists of 4 workers and here our office follows a very important policy “with them which is like the one that is replaced every week one of them for example for clarification if we put the program for our customer in 5 factories each examiner is sent only a week to the factory and replace it with his colleague the other week and the purpose of that
1- The examination official is not familiar with the work, which affects him in the final examination .
2- Avoid the suspicions that the factory can present with the inspection official in order for the factory to be able to ship invalid goods .

(( The follow-up section of Batroun and the customer’s samples ))
This section consists of 2 workers and they do the following
1- Verify the validity of the model’s Batroun, raise all sizes, and verify its
validit .
2-The numbers of samples required for the customer are as follows:
Fit sample for approval size range and measurment from client side
p.p.sample for approval from client for fabric matrial and print and
sweaing thread and all details buyer need
p.sample for all colorway sent to client even he can from selling and
marketing to them, these samples are sent within a week before
shipment
